Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment should be made in full (including postage) at time of order. Acceptable methods of payment are cheque, postal order (made payable to Motif Signs) or cash. Please always use registered post (now Special Delivery) with cash. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Motif signs will not accept responsibility for goods lost/damaged in the post.

Postal Rates

We do not charge you any more than what it costs us to send & package your order. If you need a quote, please contact us.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within one week of receipt. depending on the goods ordered. Orders to UK destinations are sent by first class post or via carrier.
